Police coming to Burnout Paradise?
D-Pad has noticed that within the new Burnout Paradise: Ultimate Box trailer is proof the police are coming to Paradise City.
On 19 seconds you can see a police car (pictured above), and on 60 seconds you can see the new Burnout Store you can see a mouse hovering over a PCPD Badge (Paradise City Police Department) with the words ‘coming soon’ underneath.
We’ve contacted Criterion for comment.
See for yourself after the break.

Heh, no that was there from the very beginning. There are two cars that have a police skin and sirens.

What Syrok said. The cop car has been my skin of choice for multiplayer Paradise for a very, very long time. So all this video proves is that both D-Pad and your fine selves haven’t played it very much at all really!
Which is a shame. I don’t much like racing games, but Burnout Paradise is by far and away one of the best online console gaming experiences I’ve had. Massively underappreciated.

Yeah, the car has always been there (including the awesome F1 cop car)… but it’s clear something with cops is coming because of the icon.
Maybe a cops n robbers mode or something?

Yeah, they mean a downloadable icon, showing PCPD icon.
Should have watched the trailer before posting.
Edit: It’s Friday so maybe they tell us today.
