Main Killzone 2 review embargo is Monday, February 2
According to this Kikizo piece, the main review embargo for Killzone 2 is next Monday, February 2.
Eurogamer’s advertised review, going live today at 5.00pm GMT is part of an exclusive deal done with Sony.
As far as we’re aware, at least one other review is to go live this afternoon in addition to the Eurogamer piece.

Exclusive deal? It’s a 10, then.

Well it is the real next gen after all, it’ll be an 11/10.

Heh, sony obviously read old eg reviews and realised that whenever everyone else has given a game 9 or 10 they give it a 7
Figured they’d get around this by letting eg review it first

I don’t like exclusive deals like this. It leads to all sorts of unnecessary speculation about the final score given.

Agreed! Not a very sensible move to do an exclusive deal.

Anyone know if each of the EG regional sites are doing their own reviews?
Sure, I could ask that over there… but I thought of it when I was reading this and I can’t be arsed with an extra click.

AFAIK the german EG site always does separate reviews.
But the scoring never differs a lot from the main site …
