Dead Rising and Lost planet sequels might go multiplat

lostplanet1b.jpg

In an interview in the upcoming issue of Famitsu, Capcom’s Keiji Inafune confirmed there will be new Dead Rising and Lost planet games. He also mentioned they could potentially go multiplatform.

“We’re finally putting out new Dead Rising and Lost Planet games! As a main principle we’re thinking about multi-platform, and expanding upon both slightly from the Xbox 360 versions.”

Kotaku reports
that Inafune goes on to talk about “the business of gaming and gaming promotion.”

Uh… Lost Planet is already multi-platform, Mr Inafune. Did you not check your own releases list lately? :-D

I think they will go multi plat, unless MS decide to throw enough money at them.

Both of their original titles are multiplat…
Wouldnt mind Dead Rising 2, but Lost Planet was pretty crappy.

I wouldn’t get too excited about DR2 from what I’ve heard of it.

Dead Rising isn’t multi-platform. Unless you count that wonky Wii spin-off.
