New Sackboy costume packs announced

Media Molecule has announced a total of seven new Sackboy costume kits will be released on PSN over the next few weeks.

There’s a WipEout costume kit, a God of War mini pack and some Groundhog Day attire, what ever that is.

  • Chinese New Year Costumes – available for 10 days only


29 January

  • God of War mini pack – Kratos, Medusa and Minotaur costumes & stickers
  • Groundhog Day costume – available for 1 week only


05 February

  • Valentines Day mini pack – 12 stickers & themed costumes, available for 2 weeks only

12 February

  • Ape Escape Costume
  • Toro Costume

  • WipEout Costume Kit – costumes and stickers

    i only ever get free ones, except the Everybody’s Golf ones, free is good especially if it’s just costumes, don’t mind extra characters/levels but paying for costumes is a bit silly.

    The Groundhog Day one and the Chinese New Year costume are free . The costume + sticker packs cost $3 and the costume only $2. Swap the dollar sign with the euro sign to get the European prices. Not sure about the UK prices.

    Still need to get around to trying the MGS pack (not the skins, the levels).

    MGS pack is a great example of good paid for content which extends the game and what you can do with it. Well worth the cash.
