Square Enix Europe has told MCV that the European date for FFXIII is still TBC, and will be revealed in “due course.”

“The launch dates of FFXIII are still to be determined and will be revealed in due course. Please wait for future announcements.”

Reports emerged today quoting Square Enix president Yoichi Wada saying that Final Fantasy 13 wouldn’t be hitting Europe or the US until 2010 or later.

Here’s hoping its this year.

Actually, he said that overseas versions were coming in the ‘business year from April 2010 or later‘. So no doubt we’ll also be getting it long after the US does.

At least PS3 owners will be able to import easily this time.

Well, you could. If you were mental. I actually meant you could import the US version when that was released if it turned out that the European version would be further delayed.

How lazy eh? The west make their games in like 7 languages during initial production, why can’t the japanese?
