EA has told videogamer that BioWare is “working towards Mass Effect 2″.

“They’ve (BioWare) talked about it being a trilogy,” said the rep. “It’s no surprise that they are working towards Mass Effect 2.”

Well, yeah, it isn’t. Especially as it was revealed last week that BioWare devs Dusty Everman and Corey Andruko would be talking about the game at GDC 09.

Slow news day.

Oh god… please don’t release ME2 before October, please. I still haven’t even started Fallout 3 yet!

There really isn’t going to be a PS3 version of the first Mass Effect. Ever.

Tali romance please Bioware you shits.

Screw developer-enforced monogamy – ME2 should allow the lead character to have a harem!

    More hot girl-on-girl action!

Seriously though, ME was a great, great game. I loved the story, the graphics, the game play, the cinematic…simply great. I look forward to ME2.

Mass Effect is one of the best games I have ever played, and I simply can’t wait for ME2.

Although, more ME DLC please? What happened to episodic content?

They originally said that the sequels after ME would allow for an import of the previous game’s saves, so you could continue the character. I hope that is true.
I hope they make the planet areas more interesting. The planets were pretty but got a bit boring, after awhile each planet felt the same
