Greenberg: The only two winners right now are Microsoft and Nintendo
Microsoft’s Xbox 360 product manager, Aaron Greenberg, has told MCV that the only two winners at retail this generation is Microsoft and Nintendo.
“We think that we’re one of those industries that consumers are staying in for entertainment,” said Greenberg.
“‘We’, by the way – that’s us and Nintendo. Both the Wii and the Xbox 360 are really the two big winners. Actually, the only two winners right now if you look at holiday sales year over year.”
Both EEDAR and Wedbush Morgan’s Michael Pachter have predicted that Nintedo Wii sales are more than double that of Xbox 360 last month.

I just bought a new Elite for $400 which is the same amount as a PS3 so if I wanted one I would have gotten one. / feel sorry for you…rrod in 3 months.
If PS3 and 360 did their launch at the same time the 360 would still be in the lead due to customers not wanting to spend $600 on a console (That was the price for it during launch)./ maybe but not by 8 million.
Uncharted is undoubtedly the best PS3 game along with LBP but no way did it have better graphics than Gears. It did have beautiful graphics don’t get me wrong just not better than Gears./ do you own a ps3… yea didn’t think so and uncharted shitted on gears 1 graphics buy a ps3 then commit suicide when you see the truth. also only game worth owning…MGS4 R&Cftod motorstorm wipeout socom rfom to name a few
The best looking game out there today is Crysis and has been ever since it came out, so don’t call me an xbot./ I think my words were “CONSOLE” not a fucking upgradeable pc game that no one can can run at full settings

The RROD rates have severely declined since before keep up with the times. I said practically “practically” being a keyword.
@ Blue Dragon that is my critique on the game not an excuse.
@Elite I owned a Pro for 2 years and it didn’t RROD I just simply wanted a new one.
@Uncharted I played it at Wal-Mart and played it on my friend’s PS3 whose PSN is: FireFly7 check the trophies
@Graphics For consoles I give it to Gears 2 with a close MGS4.
Go ahead talk about my mom I personally don’t care for her. I hope she rots in hell.

well atleast we share something in common Squa11 but too bad its not video game related and i apologize for that ignorant remark. I also hope you’ll go to firefly7′s house and try killzone 2. I think that game will persuade you to finally purchase a ps3.

Currently playing Hot Shots Golf/Everybody’s golf, don’t laugh it’s a brilliant game with excellent online tournaments.
Looking forward to a happy 2009…
