It is Japan-only, too. Although the PS3's region-freeness should happily allow you to play it if you can manage the moonspeak. That said, the Blu-Ray might be region-locked so you might not actually be able to watch the film. :-D I somehow doubt we'll see the 360 version of XIII this year.
