Sony CES 09 keynote video

ces09b2.jpg

Watch every second as maestros like CEO Howard Stringer and CEA president and CEO, Gary Shapiro, talk about the economy, Sony’s ‘Innovation Checklist’, PlayStation 3 and Home at CES 09 after the break.

Oh, and there’s Tom Hanks and Reggie Jackson as well.

After the break.

Interesting point from the vid – which I’d seen hinted at elsewhere. The figure of 1.3m for LBP is unique players on PSN playing it – not sales figures. So VGChartz could be closer than thought as not everyone has bothered to go online with their PS3. Listen in at about 42:35.

Yeah, it’s a difficult one to gauge. I’ve added three to that total so obviously you have to take into account multiple players too.

What a ****ing asshole Hanks is here. Sir Howard should rip up this spoilt child’s cheque. If you don’t like shilling Tom, don’t take the gig you prick.
