PS3 is roughly 2.6m, Wii Fit is 3m. I'm not sure 45k is all that great for the PS3 given it's the height of the Japanese holiday season and a big exclusive has just launched (White Knight Chronicles). It was still outsold by the original DS lite. That said, hardware sales in Japan are down on the whole vs last year. I think the PS3 will have a PSP style Indian Summer in Japan once they get the slim model out. The question will be how many people will be making software for it.
