The Entertainment Retailers Association (ERA) has announced that videogames is the fastest growing entertainment sector in the UK at retail level.

The statement comes off the back of reports that the games market recorded unit sales of 82.8 million in 2008 which is a 17 percent rise from the previous year.

According to Reuters this growth was driven by the enormous popularity of Nintendo Wii.

I was wondering where it was as well.

Thought it might be Lincoln but defo not there.

They like their Securicor vans that’s for sure!

Maybe it’s for all the money they’re making from the ‘videogames sector’…? ;)

It’s not London, I can tell you that much, and it looks far too pretty to be north of the Watford gap.
