It was just gritty and... yes, 'cool'. For any game starring Xzibit and Vin Diesel that's quite a feat. There's a lot more great voice talent in it than them. Still, a very rare case of a great game based on a partially shit movie universe idd. This game is at least guaranteed the sales from everyone that played the first one. Plenty of games are successful without being based on a film, I'm hoping that the next Riddick is at least as good as the first game and that the series can continue as a game franchise regardless of the fact that it originally started as a movie franchise.
