Fable II DLC delayed until “late January”

Knothole Island, Fable II’s upcoming DLC, has been pushed back to “late January”.

The news comes by way of the content’s Xbox.com page.

“Due to unexpected technical difficulties, the Fable II: Knothole Island expansion will not be available until late January 2009,” said the statement.

The DLC was originally planned for release on December 22.

Normally I don’t get frustrated by delays, but this annoys me quite a lot. Was very much looking forward to settling down with Fable II over the Christmas break.

Disappointed with this. I wouldn’t be surprised if it has more to do with the patch than the DLC too.
