This Criterion post details that the Burnout Paradise Ultimate Box is to allow PC owners to play the full game for nothing for an unspecified period of time.

The pack includes the game and all the DLC released this year, of which there's been much. It's out in February.

The demo will be available from Criteriongames.com and ea.com, but will also be distributed on "millions" of discs.
