LBP Japanese design a Sackboy competition winner

sackboyjapb1.jpg

Kotaku‘s posted the winner of the LittleBigPlanet Japanese competition to design a Sackboy.

Apparently the winning entry (above image) turned up on the Japanese PSN earlier today, and, as the article points out, everything on there makes its way West; so we’ll be seeing it in the near future.

Bit more through the link. Who said it was a slow news day, eh?

Update: As it happens, the latest PSN update includes the “Kabuki Actor” Sackboy costume free of charge. It’s been a long week. Thanks, Heitzu.

It’s on the European store, I downloaded earlier today.

It’s also mentioned in this very sites news update about the PSN Store.

@ecu

That it is. Both Geisha and Kabuki in Japanese culture wear clothing and make-up similar to that.
