Killzone 2 has no install

Guerrilla QA manager Seb Downie’s confirmed on the EU PS boards that Killzone 2 won’t install to the PS3 HD even is you want it to.

“No install,” he said. “Optional or otherwise.”

Sorry. It’s a little “slow”. Game’s out in February.

Ah, good. Not that I will buy the game, but good that it is possible to make games that don’t take up a few GB.

It’s got to be said that all the technically great games on ps3 don’t have an install : Burnout Paradise, CoD4, LBP, Motorstorm 2 etc. It’s starting to look like any install tends to indicate the dev team experienced difficulties.

Well, I don’t install games anyways, so no problem…Actually, I don’t even have a PS3 xD

Guess it would take a huge amount of disc space, so that may be the reason…
