I have been crashing regularly since I installed it. I have applied the patch. Tried every work around from the forums and still crash quite a bit. If you check the forum on the official site you will see thousands of PC gamers have posted. I have not checked the xbox or other forums but I am sure we will all be happier when thy post a patch that adresses the problems most of us have been experiencing.
