Writing on the official Fallout 3 forum, a community manager for the game has confirmed that a bug-fixing update for all three versions is on the way.
“We are currently working on a patch for all three platforms,” said the poster.
“When I’ve got more details, I’ll let everyone know.”
Plenty of problems have been reported with the RPG, including crashes and graphical glitches.
Thanks, CVG.

Very strange!
I played “Fallout 3″ for more than 50 hours now (40GB PS3) and have not experienced a single crash or bug or any graphical glitch.
*keeps fingers crossed*

I’ve had one crash (360) but it’s been pretty solid. Nothing like Fable II which really wasn’t ready for release.

I bought this the day it went on sale. I have been crashing regularly since I installed it. I have applied the patch. Tried every work around from the forums and still crash quite a bit. If you check the forum on the official site you will see thousands of PC gamers have posted. I have not checked the xbox or other forums but I am sure we will all be happier when thy post a patch that adresses the problems most of us have been experiencing. The first PC patch only addressed a small minority of the complaints I saw and did nothing for me.
