It would've been nice for them to do something like set it in a different time period, but I'm guessing it's too much for DLC. I found SA too big. Still says its based in Liberty City, sounds more like a new story based off whats already there, it wouldnt surprise me if alot of the same characters (read: reuse of character models) from Nikko's story made an appearence.
