Dawn of War II: New footage, screens, details and interview
Gamespot’s posted up a new look at Relic’s Dawn of War II, as well as a video interview after the break containing plenty of new in-game footage.
There’s a lot of detail in there, and it looks as though the original’s taken a heavy overhaul. Characters are upgraded throughout the campaign now, and the UI’s changed significantly over Dawn of War.
Gamespot says that, “The new game’s single-player campaign will be an intriguing experience that’s more focused on tactical elements from Relic’s own award-winning Company of Heroes, as well as hack-and-slash elements of some of the best action RPGs.”
Really can’t wait for this. New graphics card ‘r’ us. It’s out early next year.

Yep, I’m super-pumped. Looks as though they’ve changed it a hell of a lot, though, from that video. Looks to be far more about single characters than the “army”.
