Capcom, by way of its blog, has confirmed that the console versions of Street Fighter IV will release on February 17 in the US and February 20 in Europe.
“Capcom will be shipping the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions simultaneously, so regardless of your platform of preference, you’ll be pounding faces and Focusing through fireballs day one,” said the firm in a post.

Why does the XBox version look so faded, it’s as though they’ve subdued the hues of the colours by about 30 per cent. Just take a look at the blue hues in the background and you’ll immediately see what I mean, then comparing the other details shows it elsewhere, too.
Do Capcom believe that 360 owners would be overloaded by too much colour, that they are incapable of dealing with it? I don’t know, but it is ever so suspicious! I’ll be picking up the PS3 version most likely, as it has the more colourful and therefore the most appealing box.

The Ryu art they originally proposed would be considered an insult to be featured on a budget title, let alone a new Street Fighter game.
