COD: World At War £27 at Asda

callofdutywaw.jpg

Carnage. MCV’s reporting that CoD: World At War will be sold at £27 when Asda puts it on sale at midnight tonight.

If you’re someone like Game or GameStation, UK retailers selling the shooter at £40 and, again, £40, this is probably not the best news you’ve ever had.

MCV says Asda’s promoting the deal in the national UK press.

I love supermarket price wars. I bet GAME doesn’t.

They just buy every copy and sell them again in their stores. :)

True. They’ve done it before, they’ll do it again.

Stick it to those evil retailers, ASDA!

Boom, bosh!

I hope Shatner’s going down to buy a dozen copies.

I love Asda. PES for £27, then GoW2 for £32 last week. Why Pay More? :D

Well you did, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons are doing Gears 2 for £29.99.

Ha, well done Whizzo, clever.

I’m going to Asda on Monday. Wait, this isn’t ONLY for midnight sales is it? Both versions of the game, right?

Sorry, I’ve never played a CoD game and dont think I’ll break tradition with no.5 – however cheap it may be.

Thanks for talking about me though guys. I know you love me really. I’m expecting morriss to start doing news articles about me pretty soon.

Carry on.
