Now I see where you got the portal bit from…

I suppose you could just go back to where portal got it’s own ‘bit’ from, in Space Oddyssey.

It’s only an idea taken from Portal, not the gameplay itself. Same with Halo 3. It’s just “atmospheric ideas” borrowed from the two games. Nothing is reflected in actual game play. Well, nothing from Portal anyway.
