First LittleBigPlanet DLC detailed, dated, priced
The US PS Blog brings word that the first LittleBigPlanet DLC will release on November 6.
The free content will consist of a Hallowe’en suit and the already-seen Sackboy spacesuit.
Yep, you can pay for more, should you feel the need. While not releasing next week, there are details through there on suits for $0.99, “Premium Sackboy Costumes” for $1.99, “Basic SackBoy Costume Bundles” for $2.99 and “Premium SackBoy Costume Bundles” for $5.99.

Only Sony could consider releasing Halloween content a week after Halloween haha!

And they’d better have a good amount of bloody costumes in the Premium bundle for $5.99 (which’ll probably turn up on the UK store as £4.50-£4.99), otherwise it’s going to be Horse armour all over again. Though one would hope that everyone has learned from Bethesda’s mistakes when it comes to that, and thus understands what a goods/price ratio is.
But charging that much if there’s only three or four costumes in there total isn’t going to make them popular. This could be a bad move for them, but as with most things, time will tell really.
