UK Qore clone named Official PlayStation Magazine HD

futurelogo.jpg

Future’s confirmed the name of its British Qore clone as Official PlayStation Magazine HD in a job posting for a content producer.

There’s no release date in there, but the “pay for demos” strategy is clearly in force for the vehicle’s trip to Europe: “Future is working with Sony on the project, which will contain hi-def video, game demos and other content.”

Full thing through there. Thanks, Kotaku.

Paying for PS3 demos comes to Europe! Thanks, Sony and Future! This will add immensely to my enjoyment of the PS3.

Could be worst, they could charge you to actually play online and not give you any other option… *Zinger*

You’re not paying for demos, you’re paying for “betas”.

What a crock. Future lost a fortune when downloadable console demos appeared and now they seem to be intent on revenge.

Let’s get “monetizing”…!
