Right now, until this game is coming to the consoles (which it most likely is), this game does not exist to me.

Looks good though.

Looks good ? I might need to change monitor then ….
how can this http://www.videogaming247.com/wp-content/gallery/tor102008/tython_trooper.jpg look good?

It looks awful, I like the cartoon-graphic , but this is ugly.

PC is a must for any classic like this will be. There are many platforms and it is good to honor the main ones, certainly but the story itself is the most important thing.

It’s… er… not the best-looking of PC games, is it?

You can tell you’re not among Bioware fans when…

Anyway, let’s be honest, has any Bioware game had great graphics? Even their best graphical effort, Mass Effect, looked a bit shit if examined too closely (which is what we’re doing here).

And their PC-based games, such as Neverwinter Nights and Knights of hte Old Republic looked quite shitty indeed.

But when was a Bioware game ever about having the best graphics? To me, this looks like a standard Bioware game, to be honest. It’s only when other people use their engines and things do Bioware games look pretty but those people tend to run out of art assets real fast – the Witcher et al.

The Bioware approach has always been about providing an amazing deal of real variety over actually making sure that their graphics are the most technologically impressive.

They’re just taking the same approach as Warcraft, and I find that Warcraft looks very shit, to be frank, even though it has a lot of variety. But I don’t hear a lot of people saying that.

Why do the characters look so cartoony, and textures look like they’ve been melted with a flame thrower?
I hope this is down to ‘early build’…

Esha: Mass Effect was shit if you examined it on a technical basis… but it sure did take a real purdy screenshot.
