Probably something to do with those trying to paint the consoles as vulnerable to mass piracy like the PC only that's a load of horse manure. A browse of some of those trackers only shows a few hundred downloading, if it were a PC release it would be in the thousands to tens of thousands. It's not like Microsoft is too worried about it anyway the unwashed masses are too stupid/afraid to mod the 360 so only the hardcore pirates on the 360 do it. The RROD actually had a silver lining to it making folks wary of tampering with the console, of course ignoring the DVD as a vector of attack was monumentally stupid on MS's part. Probably not until Xbox 360 2.0 ships will they try to close that hole.
