Left 4 Dead available for pre-order on Steam

You can now buy Left 4 Dead on Steam, as you can see here. The shooter’s a little over a month from launch, and will cost you $45.

Not really sure why you wouldn’t want this, to be honest. Watch the system requirements, though.

£27 is a little on the expensive side for the quantity of content, I fully expect it to be supported with free levels, or at least full mod-community support.

Add in VAT and it’s better to be buying this one in retail considering how poor the GBP is on the currency markets at the moment.
