As Pleasant_Cabbage said, the original one retails for £35-40. £13 is clearly much cheaper than that. Besides that, the cheapest I can see a 2.5" notebook drive for is £25, at any capacity... mostly because at the low end there's a set point where drives can't get any cheaper, no matter what size they are.
