According to this Nelson post, the demo for Brothers In Arms Hell’s Highway is now on Live. Blurb:

Check out the free demo for the game that IGN praised as “A World War II the likes of which you’ve never seen”. Experience the amazing graphics and sound, compelling storyline, and new gameplay features that make the critically-acclaimed Brothers in Arms: Hell’s Highway more realistic than ever. Join Sgt. Matt Baker and the 101st Airborne Division as they begin the battle to open the infamous Hell’s Highway in a daring bid for a quick end to the war.

It’s a 1.32Gb download. Give it a waz, isn’t it.

It’ll be nice to try it out but I can’t see this version making their core gameplay mechanics (tell mates to shoot, nip round the back ;)) any more interesting than it was previously.

It’s dreadful looking, possibly one of the ugliest games this-gen.

I shouldn’t think Actiblizz-Treyarch are losing much sleep around now…

I got the PS3 demo which most likely looks worse than this one. I thought it was terrible. So much stress is put on you using the squad, even though I ran through the demo leaving them at the start.

At one point in a farmhouse I just grabbed a machine gun and killed squad after squad of nazis as they ran towards me then hid behind fences.
