I’d wager it’s a Microsoft employee or someone down the manufacturing chain.

Microsoft go ape shit over this type of stuff, if I was that guy, I’d have thought about if it was all really worth it for five minutes of fame.

Microsoft tend to issue statments before they start banning people off Live for getting games early, and up to now in every pic he’s posted it looks like he’s disconnected (probaly to avoid detection), otherwise no article about it has mention his name.
My guess is that he got it from the manufacturing chain, probaly knows a guy…
