Sony confirms TGS press conference for today? [Update]

We’re not sure what’s going on here, but it appears that Sony has just confirmed it’s to hold a press conference at TGS today.

Update: This is a bit odd. Sony’s been telling UK journos that there’s no TGS conference at all this year. No one’s expecting one. More soon.

They just had the business one, and there’s one with annoucnements confirmed for later this evening.

Okay, it can’t start any later than 1 hour 20 minutes time.

TGS closes at 5pm.

So get prepapred for soemthign or other even if it isn’t TRICO :(

Might be a good idea to ask your sources at Sony about this, you know to see what’s going to be announced as a surprise. :P

Some more details.

The first line on today’s schedule says there’s a business meetup to give the press some background of recent additions to the PlayStation business.

Second one today, which is going to be in the evening will be all about first party announcements.

Then tomorrow there’s a joint effort between Sony and Level 5 to show off White Knight Chronicles. It will be a live demonstration. After that, tomorrow still, there’s a special LittleBigPlanet presentation.
