Gamespot associate producer Lark Anderson has confirmed that the site received more than 10,000 applications in a LittleBigPlanet beta key giveaway it ran yesterday.

Demand for keys is seriously high, with Eurogamer brought to its knees last week with the first wave of codes.

The US PS Blog has made another post on the matter today, reiterating that a huge amount of further keys are to be given away for the game in the run up to launch at the end of October.
