Quite a limp showing for Eternal Sonata PS3. Thought it would shift more than that, tbh.

Wonder if it’ll shift some consoles over time?

Doubtful. Famitsu’s estimates for the week show ‘no change’ in the PS3′s fortunes. At all. 360′s still kicking its chops in.

Even this week? But Infinite Undiscovery is completely out of the Top Ten already

Estimate was 14,000 for 360 with PS3 languishing on 8,000ish, just 1,000 or so more than the PS2.

Infy Undiscovery is at 13 or so, iirc.

Also, that’s a worse first-week showing for Eternal Sonata than the 360 version. That did 47,000 in week one. Hardly seems to have been worth Namco’s time, tbh – I wonder why nobody’s interested? It’s totally bizarre.

Yeah that is totally fucking weird.

I see, Infy Undisc is 13th place, hence the higher 360 sales.

However, a genuine bona fide JRPG on PS3 and Japan doesn’t give a shit?! How strange.

It’s at 13. Tales of Vesperia is still clinging on at number 28.

I bet MS wish they could release a new one every month. :D

They have to wait for Last Remnant in November now, so they’ve got about six weeks to sell like shit again. :-)
