IGN gives WipEout HD 9/10
IGN’s posted a 9/10 review score for WipEout HD, adding yet another reason why this Friday can’t happen soon enough. Snip:
WipEout HD is a fantastic experience through and through. Though it’s a downloadable title and runs one-third the cost of a full retail disc, it could have been packaged on a Blu-ray disc and sold in stores for full price and we would’ve been happy to pay for it. The game is immensely polished from start to finish, the controls feel fantastic, and really, it’s the best WipEout game we’ve played in a long, long time. Do not miss this one.
