Bioshock PS3 demo date announced
2K’s official site has let us all know that the Bioshock PS3 demo will hit PSN on October 2.
The game’s website launched yesterday and we think it’s well worth checking out.
So do that.

Not that I’m aware of, nope.

Umm… yeah there was, it’s 90% of the reason the 360 game was such a big hit.

Meh, it’s not that special. 50mbps leased line. I have a double bonded 20mb Virgin Media cable connection for a backup as well.
Business stuff you know.
The good news was that we paid next to nothing for the line because we swapped services for services. (Though actually, thinking about it, that probably means it cost a few grand)

It’s shit anyway though. More often than not sites just aren’t geared up to give you that sort of bandwidth so you find yourself tootling along at whatever crappy speed they have available.
However, it is good for torrents. \o/

I can’t believe you all forgot the 360 demo. Xbox Live couldn’t even handle it and went offline due to the amount of people trying to download it, and that spilled over to the EG forum too, with people complaining, and others talking about it. It even had a 2000-post thread.

Of course there was a XBL demo. It just covered the first part of the game…the crash into the sea until you first get into Rapture. It was excellent. If you haven’t played this game then do yourself a favor and play it. It is the greatest, most fascinating game I’ve ever played.

I can’t get either of those deals where I live, Pat. In fact, I can barely get anything unless I pay through the nose. Sometimes I think it’d be cheaper to move.

In a city which really should be completely hooked up. The perils of being in the wild unknowns of Northern England, I guess.

I’m 39 dude. I’ve played games religiously since Pong. I think I’ve played enough games to say that BioShock is MY favorite game ever. Actually, it is my opinion…something that I can’t be wrong about. Being that a player would have to be intelligent enough to see the irony in the story, about the rolls of government, religion, industry, freedom, personal responsibility, and morals, it is no wonder you don’t get it.
