Destructoid’s noticed an ad for Star Ocean 4 in the Infinite Undiscovery manual with the motif “only on 360″ in the lower right hand corner.
The last we heard on the exclusivity front was that there was “no plans” to bring the game to PlayStation 3. Looks like the firm wasn’t lying.
We’ll check with Square and hopefully get some clarification.

Oh dear. The hi-def RPG Japan-o-split continues. Poor old PS3.

I’m sure that “only on 360″ was on Encharted Arms, Bioshock et al.

It was morriss, but it basically means a one year timed exclusive at least. (assuming that it’s not a mistake here)

Actually, Bioshock had an ‘Only on Xbox 360 and Windows’ sticker.
Tales of Vesperia has one too, btw. An ‘Only on Xbox 360′ sticker that is. Not an ‘and Windows’ one.

I have to admit, I am not that worried.
When the markets are split quite so drastically, I don’t think it can really be avoided. Unless Microsoft is paying.
In any case, an Xbox360 exclusive game WOULD tout that the other games are on Xbox 360 only.
It’s not like jumping the gun is unheard of in this industry especially from Microsoft (GTA DLC?).

Since when was the GTA DLC coming to other platforms?

Didn’t mean that.
I emant Microsoft have confirmed it for a date that Rockstar certainly don’t agree with. It’s not like Microsoft to hold back their marketing for a little intricacy, such as this.
