Spore cracked, hits the torrents

Inevitable. According to this GameViper story, Spore’s been cracked by a team called Reloaded and has been made available as a torrent.

Even a quick look round the major torrent sites appears to prove the news correct. Look as though it’s on Usenet as well. Whoops.

Game’s out on Friday.

Well, reloaded’s stuff is pretty much as good as it gets, but dosnt Spore rely on constant online content? Surely having a pirate version would void that meaning no new worlds to exsplore…

Hopefully they’ll patch the real version now so people who actively want to buy it but refuse to due to the nasty DRM (and won’t pirate it either) can get to play it.
