Microsoft’s holiday line-up reveals GTA IV DLC news

CVG has noticed that as a footnote in a press release detailing Microsoft’s holiday line-up, is word that there’ll be news regarding the GTA IV DLC coming in the autumn.

“In autumn there will be news from Liberty City; the first episodes of GTA IV will be available for download exclusively on Xbox Live, underlining Xbox 360′s leadership role in the field of digital entertainment,” says the release.

This corroborates what we were told way back in June.

Only a couple months to go, hopefully.

They don’t actually say that the episodes will be here in the autumn, you’ll note. Just that ‘news’ of them will be.

They obviously forgot to include their standard “if you ignore the Wii” disclaimer.

I still think it’s fair :D

By the way, what happened here? Did Rockstar want to go on vacation or start conceptualising another game, but Microsoft cracked the DLC whip?

What?
