US gets 80Gb PS3 a couple of weeks early

Engadget is reporting that US retailer Best Buy has already begun selling the 80Gb PS3. The $399 console isn't due out in the States until September.
The 80Gb is hitting European shores this Friday, whilst our Australian brothers have to wait another week.
