House of the Dead: Overkill Wii – the hardcore you’ve been waiting for

Looks like the Headstrong rumours were true. The plucky members of NeoGaf unearthed a brand new House of the Dead: Overkill Wii video which claims to be “the hardcore you’ve been waiting for.”

So no Jet Set (‘Grind’ if you’re in the US) Radio, then. Oh well, killing zombies is more fun, in our opinion.

See for yourselves after the break.

More HotD. Whoo. Yeah.

Seriously, how many on-rails zombie shooters does one platform need?

Is it more a case of “no chance”, or “no point”, for a console release of HOTD4?

Re: HOTD4 – I imagine the problem is that it’d have to be downgraded quite a bit for Wii, and so they might as well build one specifically for the console rather than doing a poor man’s version of the arcade game. It won’t come to the PS3 and 360 for obvious reasons.
