Wii Music completes Miyamoto's Wii vision, says Iwata

Speaking to the Wall Street Journal, Nintendo supremo Satoru Iwata has said that Wii Music is the final piece of Miyamoto's Wii jigsaw. Or something.

"Wii Music completes what Miyamoto wrote in his proposal when he came up with the idea for the Wii," said the pint-sized powerhouse. "He was saying that he needs to think up more ideas now."

Iwata also said that the peripherals range for the machine is essentially done.

"Most of the ideas for accessories that we had initially come up with are out now," he said. "We might think up some more, and we might make them if we do, but we don't have any plans to release a whole lot more."

Must-read, to be honest.
