I think they have some serious problems. Really not sure how MS can so consistently hit deadlines with it's big releases (bar a few exceptions) and Sony can get it so wrong. Obviously the PS3 is aq trickier beast but other non-Sony teams seem to get it together enough (CoD4 & Burnout Paradise for example).
