EA’s Riccitiello is focused on quality, not fighting Activision Blizzard

PR BS, meet John Riccitiello. In an interview with Kotaku, he didn’t flex his company’s bulging numbers or trash talk its competition. When asked about Activision Blizzard, he stated plainly:

"They make some cool products. The fact that the two of them are together, though, doesn't change much for our industry. Comparing stock ticker to stock ticker isn't really what happens."

When pressed, he added, "You don't make games profitable on purpose. You make great games first, and then they are profitable."

The man sure knows how to grow a bandwagon, but so far, he’s backed up his claims. So, we’ll just be hopping on now, if you don’t mind.
