WSJ and Reuters confirm 360 price cut
It’s happening. It’s so happening. This report by the Wall Street Journal, citing sources “familiar with the matter,” has said that Microsoft is to drop the price of the Xbox 360 Pro model in the US next week.
Just in case you’re still doubting any of this, this Reuters story – speaking to a “source briefed on the matter” – has said the same thing.
Microsoft press conference, Monday. That’s where it’ll happen. Because happen it will.

This is going to be the dampest squib in games history. No one will even blink when they announce it. I hope they’ve got more retail announcements up their sleeves.
