Monster Hunter 3 announce likely for TGS
Speaking on the company’s board, Capcom’s Christian Svensson has dropped a massive hint that the announcement for Monster Hunter 3′s going to come at TGS this year.
“[Monster Hunter is] increasingly critical [to western strategy], but it’s probably safer to any major MH announcements to most likely come from more Japan-focused events given the importance of the series to that territory,” he said.
No Monster Hunter for E3, then. Shame.

Wait, I thought they already announced it? Twice? Once for PS3 and then they changed their minds and re-announced it for the Wii. Are they making it a 360 exclusive now?

I’m sure it’s still on Wii, sadly.
PSP wired into an HDTV looks just as good as Wii titles, these days. Whatever news it will, look for that console to sell in ridiculous quantities.

Multiformat? I can see why they’re putting it on the Wii, but from a gamers point of view, it’s total shit. The Wii won’t add anything for the controls, it doesn’t need Wiimote control at all, it’ll only take away from the graphics and environment, and of course, the online features.
