Namco have traditionally been excellent at optimising the production discs for quick and fluid gameplay - particularly with beat'em ups. See examples right back to Tekken on PSOne. I am getting rather sick of the 5gb installs though. I don't give a monkey's about the initial wait, but I've got close to 25 PS3 games now, my 60gb is nearly full! 2.8 isn’t too bad at all.
