RSSAccording to this Fudzilla piece, Microsoft is to announce DirectX 11 at Gamefest 2008 later this month.
The Microsoft event takes place on July 22-23 in Seattle. No idea if this is true, but there we are.

DX10 has been rather pointless so far, DX11 isn’t going to have much impact for quite some time either.
