Gears of War 2 splash page hints at release date?

We skipped this last night because we thought it was so sketchy, but we may as well do it. This Gears of War 2 splash page shows a set of dog tags emblazoned with the number 033-116-117-126-071. Apparently, this translates as "ESC Nov 9" when translated from Octal to ASCII.

The internet has now decided that Gears of War 2 is releasing on November 9. And that's that. Hopefully we'll know more after Microsoft's E3 press conference on Monday.
