PS3 sales continue to drop in Japan
PS3 sales are continuing to drop back in Japan as the MGS4 affect fully wanes. Look at that plucky 360 though, eh? Last week’s charts here. Data for the week ending June 29.
- PSP – 58,861
- Nintendo DS – 48,884
- Wii – 48,480
- PlayStation 3 – 17,973
- PlayStation 2 – 7,673
- Xbox 360 – 5,104

reask: There are no reliable figures for Europe (available to the public anyway). For the US use NPD figures, for Japan use Media Create numbers.

npd figures only come out once a month I couldnt wait that long lol.

I can make up some figures for you if you like… I’m more accurate than VGChartz: Prediction Competition (VGC is “Banned Site LOL”)
…and that’s one of their better performances, they’re usually miles out. I see no point in putting any stock in figures which are clearly pulled out of someone’s arse. Especially their Euro numbers.
